Q. How long does measuring my blinds take?

A. Every visit differs in quantity/product etc, but usually 1 hour per appointment is sufficient.

Q. Do I pay for my blinds before or after they’ve been measured & fitted?

A. Every visit differs in quantity/product etc, but usually 1 hour per appointment is sufficient.

Q. What happens if my blinds develop a fault?

A. Should a fault arise, VB will rectify asap.  If warrantys have expired, we will still do our best to correct as quickly and cheaply as possible.

Q. What if you cause damage to my property whilst measuring or fitting my blinds?

A. VB are very safety conscious and always remove breakables etc, but should we do the unfortunate, we are fully insured and damages will be paid for.
